You can search for jobs and even apply for them through Rojgar Dunia. When you apply for a job, we send your application to the employer using the contact information we have. However, we can’t control what happens after that. We recommend contacting the employer directly if you’re unsure whether they got your application. Anonymity and Identity on Roj Dunia Job Portal
When you use our services on the Roj Dunia Job Portal, we offer different options for controlling how your data and identity are shown to others.
Your profile on our community and conversation features, like Fishbowl and other community sections, is typically public. This means your profile picture, company name, job title, and some general information will be visible to anyone searching on our platform. However, content you submit anonymously or semi-anonymously, like posts or comments, won’t be linked to this public profile.
When you submit content, you can choose how you want to represent yourself. For instance, you might decide to include your company name, job title, or even your full name in some cases
Certain content, like reviews, may require you to share personal data for public display, such as your employer, job title, or location.
In some groups, you might have the option to make your profile visible to other members so you can engage with them.
Group leaders may have the authority to control access to their groups and approve new members. When you request to join a group, the leader might see your profile and answer any questions they’ve set for approval.
While we try to offer ways to use our services anonymously, it’s important to understand that we can’t guarantee complete anonymity. Depending on your situation and the content you submit, even semi-anonymous details like your company or job title, especially when combined with other information like your location, could potentially reveal your identity to a small group of people, such as coworkers in a specific department. Consider this risk before sharing content on our platform.

Other Enforcement Actions If you don’t follow our rules, we might need to take action. This could mean removing your content, stopping you from using our site, or even closing your account. In serious cases, we might need to report you to the authorities or take legal action.
Disclosing User Personal Data & Defending our Users Sometimes, we might have to share users’ personal information with others, like if the law says we have to. You can learn more about this in our Privacy Policy. We don’t have to, but we can try to keep our users’ identities private if we’re asked for their info by the authorities. We can’t promise we’ll always succeed, though.

Dispute Resolution
We hope things never get to this point, but if there’s a disagreement between you and us, we want to resolve it as smoothly as possible.
Step 1: Talking it Out
If one of us has an issue, we’ll give the other party a heads-up in writing at least 30 days before taking any further steps. This gives us a chance to chat about it and try to sort things out together. We think it’s important to try to work things out first before going any further
Step 2: Letting Each Other Know
If you need to reach us, you can send a notice to Rojgar Dunia Gali No. 1, near Sewak Sabha Hospital, opposite Bus Stand Road, Rishi Nagar, Hisar, Haryana 125001. If you have an account with us, we’ll also send notifications to the email address or phone number linked to your account.
What the Notice Should Include
Your notice should explain what the problem is and what you’d like to see happen to fix it. You can use a form notice if you want, which you can find [here](link to form).
Trying to Find a Solution
For the next 30 days after sending the notice, we’ll both try to be reasonable and sort things out in good faith. If we can’t agree by the end of this period, either you or we can start the next steps outlined in section 12.2.
This process is meant to make sure that any disagreements are dealt with fairly and calmly, and we’re here to help you through it if it ever comes up.
Binding Arbitration Agreement, Exceptions, Law & Venue
Agreement to Resolve Disputes: If you’re a regular user (not a business) of the Roj Dunia job portal and there’s a disagreement between you and Roj Dunia about the terms or your use of the service, we agree to solve it through arbitration. This means a neutral person will review the situation and make a decision.
Arbitration Process: The arbitration rules will be from the American Arbitration Association. We’ll either do it online or in San Francisco, California, depending on the situation. If the amount involved is $10,000 or less, we might not need to meet in person. The arbitrator will follow the law and make a fair decision. Their decision will be final, and a court can enforce it.
Opt-Out Procedure: If you’re new to our platform and don’t want to agree to arbitration, you can opt out by sending us a letter within 30 days of accepting the terms for the first time. You’ll need to mail the opt-out notice to our address in California. Make sure to include your name, address, email, and sign the notice. If you opt out, you’ll still be bound by other parts of the terms, but not the arbitration agreement.
Exceptions to Arbitration: Arbitration doesn’t apply to certain situations, like small claims court cases, legal proceedings for personal data, or efforts to protect intellectual property rights. It also doesn’t prevent seeking injunctive relief in court or apply to claims outside the United States.
Governing Law and Venue: For claims not subject to arbitration exceptions, the laws of California apply, and any disputes will be handled in courts in Marin County, California. For claims subject to arbitration exceptions, the Federal Arbitration Act applies.
Changes to the Agreement: We’ll notify you of changes to the arbitration agreement at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don’t agree with the changes, you can close your account within the 30 days. If you continue to use our services after the changes, they’ll apply to any future disputes.
Miscellaneous: These terms, along with any other agreements or policies, make up the entire agreement between you and us. If any part of the terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified or removed, but the rest of the terms will still apply. The English version of the terms is binding, and translations are provided for convenience only. You can’t transfer your rights or obligations under the terms without our consent. The section titles are for convenience and don’t have legal effect.
If you have any questions about these terms, feel free to reach out to us.
