How to request a refund?

You can directly raise a support ticket for a refund on the dashboard. Click the “Contact us” button, explain your issue and our support team will reach out to you within 24 hours to resolve the problem.

After you’ve submitted your refund request, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been processed.

Am I eligible for a refund?

  • Your purchase was made within 30 days.
  • You have at least one active job post for 3 days post your purchase.
  • Your profile is verified and adheres to the Rojgar Dunia job portal policies. Read more about it here.

If you’ve bought the plan directly from our website or mobile app, you’re eligible for a 100% refund of the plan purchase amount.

However, if you’ve purchased the plan through our sales team, the refund will be based on the remaining days of your plan validity. We’ll process the refund only if the number of responses received is at least half of the committed response for the plan purchased.


For example, if your plan costs ₹5000, has a validity of 28 days, and you request a refund on the 15th day, you’ll receive a refund for the remaining 13 days. The refund amount will be calculated as (5000/28) * 13 = ₹2321.
